When you fill in a form, the details we receive can include your name and email, a contact number, the street or neighborhood of the house and your own description of the water problem. We use it for two purposes: forwarding your request to one independent local contractor so that business can contact you, and replying to messages you send us.

Your request goes to one contractor, never to several. The firms that host this site and deliver form messages handle the data for those tasks and nothing else. Personal information is never sold, and contact lists are never shared or traded. We may disclose information when a law or a court order demands it.

Requests sent by form are held by the site's hosting provider only so that one contractor can receive them, and each is erased 90 days after it arrives.

The site may record basic technical details such as browser type, pages viewed and the page that sent you here. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop the pages from working.

Once the contractor has your request, its own privacy practices cover whatever you share with that business. The site is not meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly gather their information. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us through the contact form. If this policy changes, the revised version and its new effective date will be posted here. Washington law governs this policy.
